P\u00f5nevust pakkuv teekond, k\u00f6itvad kogemuslood ning toredad kliendid on kinnistanud mind jooga teele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Hetkel annan joogatunde Tallinnas, City Yoga stuudios.<b><br \/><\/b>Lisaks t\u00f6\u00f6tan eratundide formaadis nii eraisikute kui ettev\u00f5tetega, eelistades pikaajalisi koost\u00f6id, kuid olen avatud ka eriprojektidele, mille fookuses on jooga ja tervise edendamine.<\/p><p>Ettev\u00f5tetele pakun t\u00f6\u00f6tubasid n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi juhtimise, hingamise ja meditatsiooni teemadel \u2013 et toetada meeskondade vaimset ja f\u00fc\u00fcsilist heaolu.<\/p><p>Kui soovid minuga joogat praktiseerida, on k\u00f5ige lihtsam viis liituda minu online-tundide liikmelisuspaketiga \u2013 see annab v\u00f5imaluse olla joogamatil koos minuga just siis, kui sulle sobib.<\/p><p>Olen siiralt veendunud, et kuulates<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> oma keha ning h\u00e4\u00e4lestades enda m\u00f5tteid on tulemuseks veelgi tervem ja tasakaalukam Sina.
