Minu joogatunnid on terviklikud &#8211; pakkudes tasakaalu f\u00fc\u00fcsilise pingutuse ja hetkes olemise vahel. Soovin luua kogukonda, kus jooga ei ole vaid tunniajane paus p\u00e4evas, vaid elu osa. Koht, kus toetada, areneda ja t\u00e4histada v\u00e4ikseid ja suuri v\u00f5ite koos.<\/p><p>Joogat olen \u00f5petanud \u00fcle 10. aasta. J\u00e4rjest olulisemaks muutub minu jaoks praktika edasiandmine t\u00e4henduslikul viisil. Keha on meile saatjaks ja s\u00f5numitoojaks, kuid meie energia on see, mis sellest muutub. Nende l\u00e4bitud kursustega t\u00e4itus minu pikaaegne unistus ning t\u00e4iustus visioon jooga\u00f5petajana. Lisaks olen \u00f5ppinud\u00a0 ja t\u00e4iendanud end erinevate \u00f5petajate juures ning viimati omandasin Vitality Coaching programmi, mille baasil pakun tervisementorlust. Juurde \u00f5pin hetkel London Naturopathic Collegeis toitumisteraapiat ning samal ajal studeerin Irene Lyoni abiga n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemist. Lisaks l\u00f5petasin 2025. aasta kevadel oma magistri\u00f5ppe TalTechis turunduse alal.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ma usun teadlikkuse, sisemise rahu ja arukate valikute \u00fchtsusesse. Olen sama palju spirituaalne, kui olen pragmaatik, nautides s\u00fcsteeme ning \u00fchtlasi ka naudin hetkes olemist ja seda, et meie aeg on looming.<\/p><p>Sharing yoga practice with others is my mission. Yoga is a highly diverse and\neffective instrument for body &amp; mind - I have witnessed its positive results in\nmyself as well as my students.\u00a0<\/p><p>Olen Liisianne.
